At AbuDuha, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product received is defective or damaged. Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear proof such as images or video.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected by AbuDuha, approval will be issued accordingly. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few working days through the original payment method.
